Benno is a cat who observes the changes of German and Jewish families during the time leading up to Kristallnacht (the beginning of the Holoaust). This book gives a gentle introduction to students about this time in our world's history and would be great for a RA. #ucflae3414f19 (CMC)

This book has a cool perspective of the whole kristallnacht event. This book shows how weird and terrible the events of kristallnacht had on the people and for benno.

Mehso-so

Historical fiction and it was written in 2010. This book is about kristallnacht and events that are associated with it. Everything had been completely normal for benno. He spent most of his time during the day hanging around humans and enjoying being around them. Everything changed when kristallnacht happened and he didn't understand what happened to sophie or professor goldfarb.
