Brenda Novak is one of the authors I love because of her versatility and ability to always capture my attention. She‘s very open and friendly with her fans, she promotes fundraising for diabetes research, and she‘s just a swell human being. 🙂

This story was very intense and suspenseful. For most of the book I was worried at the lack of romance due to the mystery aspect but it eventually came to light. I didn‘t think I was going to like Addy but she grew on me the more I read. Noah is a terrific character. I loved his loyalty to Addy even though he has to stand against his own family.
