Wow! I did not see the ending of this one coming. Nicely done even if it was a bit gruesome. Good read. I‘ll definitely have to find the last book in the series now.

This is Fox's second novel, and also second in the Archer/Bennett series; she writes a mystery/thriller like she's been writing her entire life. It's gripping, disturbing and edgy. I love everything about her characters, they are so well-rounded. And the ending? Best one I've read in a long time. 👍

Frank Bennett, homicide detective, has the same reaction to creepy crawlies as I do! And this scene, right here, where he gives such a priceless reaction, just made me love this novel!
