The Servants of Twilight
The Servants of Twilight | Dean Koontz
1 post | 19 read | 2 to read
To his mother, Joey seems an ordinary six-year-old boy - special to her, but to no one else. To the Servants of Twilight, however, he is an evil presence who must be destroyed - an Anti-Christ who must die. The terrifying ordeal for Joey and his mother begins in the supermarket car park where an old woman accosts them and pursues them with her terrible threats. Christine's world is turned into a nightmare of terror. Only her love for her child, and the support of the one man who believes her, gives her the chance to survive the Servants of Twilight... This book was originally published under the pseudonym Leigh Nichols.

#RockInMay #Heaven Since @Cinfhen posted about 1984, the year Heaven was released, I decided to look up 1984 books to see what I was reading & came up with this one. (It's about a mother & son hiding from a cult that thinks he's the antichrist so it kind of fits with Heaven😇😈👍) I was going to college & working part time at a pharmacy with a book rack from which I devoured Leigh Nichols thrillers-only to learn years later, it was Dean Koontz.😱

tpixie Great research!! I didnt know that about Dean K!!! Are there other make authors that pretended They were females? (edited) 7y
EvieBee Wow! Had know idea! 7y
DebinHawaii @tpixie @EvieBee84 I am sure there are. I found out about Koontz when I picked up one of his books several years after and realized I had already read it. He had a list of different pen names-both male & female apparently. Here's the wiki on him: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dean_Koontz (edited) 7y
