Pickpick

This realistic fiction book is a cute book and relates to a regular agenda we all might come across. They go camping, and for Alvin this is like life or death to him. Showing his fear lets kids know its okay to show theirs too. Expressing how you feel is the first step and letting others know, gives a step up into conquering them! This book is all about developing an understanding to a realistic situation we might be dealing with!

This book is inspiring to kids to get out there and explore fears they might have. Not only does it reach upon factors that kids may be effected by, but it addresses cultures not always being depicted in books! Great choice and read!
