The Art of Perspective: Who Tells the Story | Christopher Castellani
2 posts | 2 read | 1 to read
Castellani examines the various ways writers have solved the crucial point-of-view problem. By unpacking the narrative strategies at play in the work of authors as different as E.M. Forster, Grace Paley, and Tayeb Salih, among many others, he offers answers to one of the most important questions faced by writiers: who tells the story?

I‘m sticking by my original assessment: this book is more useful for less experienced writers. The best chapter is the penultimate one. 💡💡💡#writing

The success of this volume in the series may depend on how much experience the reader has in contemplating POV. If little, this book will advance your thinking, but if much it‘ll seem like a more or less entertaining review.
