Uncanny X-Men Omnibus, Volume 1
Uncanny X-Men Omnibus, Volume 1 | Chris Claremont
4 posts | 3 read | 2 to read
When a young writer named Chris Claremont took over X-Men in 1976, few fans could predict the incredible impact he would have on the Marvel Comics series. In collaboration with artists Dave Cockrum and John Byrne, Claremont crafted a run still heralded as a definitive era on the book. Now, the first five years of their landmark run are collected in one oversized volume.

Comic book covers gives me #warmfuzzies. That bright, saturated color is joyously delicious #eyecandy that cannot be passed over like old shoes at a yard sale. Thanks @Snikt6 for introducing me to the world of comics 14 years ago and for helping me #findarainbow ! 😘

Pickpick

Finally finished the first volume of my favorite comic from my teenage years. The same stories that I loved come off a little dated, but still had me flashing back to the feelings I had as a kid reading it.
