This one was not for me.
Too much theory and written by someone who I likes the sound of his own voice. 🙄
It didn‘t help that half of the things he suggests I am already doing successfully. Speaking of which: If I had all those numerous lists he suggests I would drown. What he takes 3 steps for I‘m doing in 1.

And it confused me how he tried to add new dimensions of meaning to terms like “areas of responsibility“, “projects“ and “aims”.
