Always Coming Home
Always Coming Home | Ursula K. Le Guin, Todd Barton, Margaret Chodos-Irvine, George Hersh
7 posts | 9 read | 6 to read
An "ethnographic" novel that portrays life in California's Napa Valley as it might be a very long time from now, imagined not as a high tech future but as a time of people once again living close to the land.

I wanted to add this image because this particular paperback cover wasn‘t represented here by others who have posted their copies. I enjoyed this book!

Trying to find my new normal. Sam the hubby took me to my favorite place in Dallas and bought me a book and chai latte. I am so thankful to have him helping me right now. Hope all you Littens are having a good day.

#Riotgrams Day 3: #HowYouRead - usually on this sofa, tucked up underneath a blanket. Cup of tea on the coffee table off to the right too.

#Riotgrams Day 2 - Yellow covers. Ok, so not entirely #yellowcovers, but I apparently don't own any of those. Here's my SF Masterworks collection instead and I'm starting Always Coming Home this morning.

DivaDiane That is an awesome stack of books! I can't read the bottom one, but I've read all the rest except the Prestige. I had a little trouble with Always Coming Home though. Not sure why, LeGuin is my all-time favorite author. Maybe I should read it again? What did you think? 7y
