Star Wars is knocking it out of the park with their middle grade books. It was so fun to see Rey, Rose, and Poe on an adventure. Ireland did a great job establishing the feel of an alien planet in such a short amount of time. It was funny and had just the right amount of tension. The switches between POV for each chapter were really smooth. Plus there were a few cut shenanigans with porgs. This isn't necessary reading, but I do recommend it.
