so-soI can‘t read too much non-fiction at once because it always saddens and frustrates me. This is a well-researched and enlightening history and commentary about the public school system in the UK. I had no idea that they were originally set up to educate the poor - it‘s quite sad to think of what they‘ve become. Giving it a so-so because it was quite dry, there was a lot to take in, and politics isn‘t really my thing BUT it was a fascinating read 👍
