so-so

Another fine volume for Dragon Ball here, but nothing incredibly interesting. Sure, Cell is a formidable foe and Androids 16, 17, and 18 are powerful, but that‘s kind of it. Piccolo was easily beaten again and everyone is waiting on the Saiyans who are training (Vegeta, Trunks, Goku, and Gohan).
