pickI'm giving this a soft pick. Romance that definitely falls more on the taboo side of things (age gap, godfather, etc), so it won't be everyone's cup of tea. I picked it up after seeing it ALL over TikTok and while it's definitely not perfect, I have mad respect for the author, who has gone the self publishing route and is doing the dang thing. pickI'm giving this a very soft pick and I will continue with the series for at least one more book. This is a taboo age-gap romance that can at times be super spicy whilst at the same time awkward. I'm hoping the author loses her discomfort in writing this story and takes ownership of her stories #LittensLoveRomance
pan⭐⭐ I love spicy and forbidden romances but this one felt weirdly uncomfortable. It felt more like a story of a young girl who was manipulated too often which led to her being attached to an unhealthy relationship and then having mental health issues. It was sexy, dirty, and romantic at parts but not enough to overcome the uncomfortableness of it all. My full spoiler review is on Goodreads. Link in bio.

Not sure how I'm going to feel about this book by the end. I like the storyline but I'm not sure I like the heaviness of it. 35% done so far.
