A fan of Julie Morris for several years now, her cookbooks are amongst some of my favorites! Love her knowledge of superfoods and the creative ways she incorporates this in her recipes. Her latest book Smart Plants, is all about feeding your brain for better brain health and performance. Laid out seasonally, in these 65 recipes she has included lots of signature superfoods, and many of these are everyday ingredients. Reccomended! #cookbookreview
