pickThis was a thrilling continuation of the series and I enjoyed it as much as the first two books. I really liked the subtle references to things that happen/are said in the shades of magic book series. I also have a lot more respect for Maxim, the main character in this series and a side character in the book series. But, Irsa remains my favorite character!
