My finished soup & library e-read that was recommended to me when I put a hold on another e-book. Trying to decide whether to renew it & read it or not. The jury is still out.😉Julia Child‘s Cream of Cucumber Soup is quite good. I‘m a cucumber fan but you actually taste the tarragon & dill more & the acidity from the sour cream & vinegar is refreshing. I‘m liking it cold the best although you can eat it either way. Good for summer. Recipe link👇🏻

Today's lunch was pretty pathetic, but at least I had this to read.
