panPretty close to “bail” since I seriously skipped through this one but read it I did and i want those two hours back. I‘ve read a few of Arend‘s books before - they‘re not terrible but this one....🤦🏻♀️ just 🤦🏻♀️ Irritating, unbelievable characters (who actually start out really interesting) including an “I‘m annoyed but won‘t tell him why if he doesn‘t know” & WRONG legal research on a pivotal plot point. Not even a good fluff piece. 😡
