Life may imitate art...but death follows it. I was really excited to read this book, but honestly, it was disappointing. I felt like there should have been more action involved. As another reviewer on here said, there are better historical fiction books out there.

Not about Michelangelo or his notebooks at all. Treats women like objects to be leered at. Unable to connect plot threads in any way. Save yourself some time. There are good historical thrillers out there. This ain't one of them.
