pickIs this a good book? Yeah, it is. It‘s very well-written, populated with excellently drawn characters—flawed, impulsive, angry, unkind, generous, people—and tells a emotionally complex story about family, especially relationships with parents, and the many forms love takes. I appreciate the skill with which the story was told and definitely recommend it—just be prepared to spend time with some dysfunctional, unhappy people.
