Fun, fast paced read that switched between Addie‘s viewpoint and Rowan‘s, and included James as well. Nicely wrapped up the series, which started with the tagged book. Didn‘t see pictured book listed.

pickIn spite of her amnesia, Addie knows what she knows, so to speak. She‘s brash, impulsive, compassionate, and confident...or is she? Enjoyed book one enough that I can see continuing the series. Liked the concepts of old vs new magic, necromancers, hellhounds, zombies, liches, and alchemists. And in spite of lacking magic, Addie knows how to whip up concoctions in the lab that let her take on all comers. The trick is who to trust.
