Just realised that there are graphic novels on Overdrive/Libby 😜 this was a delight - Donut comes from a long line of villains but she wants to be a hero. About to start at the local hero high school, Donut sets her sights on becoming a prefect- making new friends along the way & overcoming some setbacks - mostly in the form of a childhood friend who doesn‘t understand why she wants to be a hero when being a villain & causing chaos is an option.

Every now and then I treat myself to fluffy middle grade graphic novels. This one‘s super cute. I love the hero dynamic where everyone has a special ability and they can choose to do good or evil. Even more so, I love Donut‘s ridiculously supportive parents who are there to support her heroic goals even though they‘re villains. #MiddleGrade #Comic #Hero
