pickA sweet, historical YA. The passing of Abby's grandmother, a Jewish refugee from World War 2, leads her to Nantucket where a series of love letters details her family's past and a future romance for her.
Oh, I loved this book the pieces. Abigail discovers her now deceased grandmother had a relationship with a Nantucket family and so spends the summer there looking into it and, um spending a lot of time with the cute grandson of said family.
Super summery, some lovely prose, and so many feels. Also for Ripped Bodice Bingo - there's a wardrobe malfunction.
pickI kind of want to reread this already, just to pick up on more character details than I got on this first go-round. I REALLY loved the concept and how the issues at play weren't just surface level. #yaromance #yacontemporary
