First book of the month, woo! This was a lovely, mysterious book - both a work of criticism, biography, and a memoir of the strangeness of your twenties and NYC after 9/11. I listened to the album (which I had never heard) while reading, and for the couple of hours I spent, the world both fell away and opened up. Did I like the album? Reader, I listened to it *twice.*

marixa Oh...yes...love that album and what a tragedy. The music brings back the 90s for me. 8y
CherylDeFranceschi It's a very special album. 8y
BibliOphelia The album is a longtime favorite - now off to find the book! 8y
