This my first book of Black History Month. It is raw, beautiful, heartbreaking, and at times hopeful. These stories helped me to better frame the challenges people face even today. This is something that should be taught in all schools; nobody is born a bigot and this may help people realize why they should remain open to loving and learning about people from diverse backgrounds. If I could give it six stars I would want seven. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julsmarshall What a review! Adding it to my list now! 3y
