CO2 - Welt ohne Morgen: Thriller | 
so-soOh Littens, I‘m indecisive. Yepp, considering the fact that it was not quite what I expected, it kept me on the edge of my seat. First because it‘s solidly written thriller – and then because I learned things I didn‘t know. But I really don‘t know if current references are sufficient to make an up-to-date story.
I‘m afraid the book will only be average if you take away the contemporary background.
But I might be too critical.
About half way through, this book presents the first facts that are new to me. Maybe they shouldn‘t be but they are.
In general it‘s solid but far away from being as evocative as I expected. 🤷🏽♀️ It‘s more an average thriller on an environmental background than an inflammatory speech on a thrilling background.
Dropped in from the library. Excited to dive into this, although it might not be too wise (in sense of “being entertaining”) because the story seems to deal with our climate crisis. With to few or too much CO2 and the effect this has on us, on civilisation and on Earth.
