When a collection of rubber ducks ends up in somebody‘s yard just as the Bratwurst festival is underway, it‘s up to the One and Onlys to figure out if someone is sabotaging the regular winner.

This was an absolutely charming middle grade mystery! The friendship between the kids made me smile, & the mystery kept me invested the whole time. Made me crave a kielbasa. 😅 & I want to buy a physical copy for my nibling now too! 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

I've been known to add a star to my review when Godzilla gets mentioned. Partly because I don't give much value to stars. I tried being Michelin-stingy with them, but that didn't translate well when I uploaded my goodreads bookshelves to Litsy.

Just what I needed, a warm fuzzy mystery for the youngest strong reader. I think of middle grade as 4th through 6th and a 5th grader might be too mature for this. Three friends aspire to solve the mystery of the appearance of hundreds of rubber duckies in their neighbors yard. Expect to crave bratwurst and sequels: I will be disappointed if this is a stand alone, one and only, singleton.
