I made two half gallon recipes last year. It lasted through the winter and spring between my daughter and I. It‘s a kick in the pants to get you moving in the morning.

Tamra @Hestapleton cover horseradish, turmeric, onion, garlic, ginger, cayenne, & rosemary with cider vinegar (with mother). Ferment for 3-4 weeks at room temp, shaking once per day. Strain & bottle. If you Google Rosemary Gladstar and fire cider you‘ll find plenty of recipes & variations. 🙂 3y
