It's set in medieval times, it's a female revenge story, I was immediately intrigued. I'd read some reviews beforehand and saw some mixed one's. But I went into the book knowing pretty much exactly what I was going to get and as such, I found it an enjoyable enough read.
It's not top notch literature. But I saw the second part of the series for sale second hand and I enjoyed it enough to buy it 😉
