The Strange Thing We Become and Other Dark Tales | 
pickMy cuddle buddy this morning encouraged me to finish this compact little package of horrors. As with all short story collections, I connected with some more than others, but overall a strong collection. Having read Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke, I felt prepared but I‘m not sure I was. Because it was kind of horrifying in an under the radar way but also super in your face.
