This was such a heartwarming read, brought alive by Jason, as his father recalls his experiences, when he was interred in Auschwitz concentration camp, during World War 2. As they travel to the camp together, to revisit the past, Jason brings the book to life, with poems, maps, and moments, that particularly stand out for his father. I enjoyed reading of the deep relationship that both he, and his father shared together. ARC from NetGalley.
