Hired to discover what happened to him, Baker Somerset, an ex-Scotland Yard detective and now owner of Case Closed Investigations, uncovers a sex and blackmail scheme whose victims are some of Ottawa’s most powerful people. Bodies begin to pile up, and she soon discovers that if she continues her investigation, she, and those she cares about might just disappear too.
