Is it news that our expectations and attitudes tend to sway outcomes in our lives? Probably not. But the presentation of science and social examples in this book were so well done, I found myself walking along listening to the book and saying “oh!” and “that‘s amazing!” Another mind-body connection book that resonated with me and gave me hope and truly helped me change some of my own practices of expectation. Didn‘t feel self-helpy. Recommend! 5⭐️
