Another successful library finding. Javier Cercas is a well-known Spanish writer who has very good reviews. I had never read any of his books and I‘m very happy to have found another writer that I really enjoy. “Independencia” is the second book of the trilogy “Terra Alta” about political intrigues, corruption, and greed, set in contemporary Barcelona. I can‘t wait to read the other two!
