Some parts of this book are really funny and well done. Harold is a 7 year old, and the entirety of the novel is the thoughts (and dreams) that Harold has. I thought the random thoughts were funny, and I loved the teacher vs Harold comments and moments with his grandfather. I couldn‘t get into the dreams as without a plot driving the novel, these just missed the mark for me.
