It discusses Hedgehog getting a new bike, but Harry does not want to ride. The illustrations help portray that Hedgehog is riding too fast by having lines behind him to show his speed. It also displays a worried and anxious look on Harry's face showing that he is afraid that Hedgehog might hit him.
