TheEllieMo Except that there is no evidence that Thatcher ever said this; the Daily Telegraph attributed the phrase to Loelia, the Duchess of Westminster, in that lady‘s obituary, though she used the age of 30. Subsequent attempts to attribute the phrase to Thatcher have used various ages between 26 and 30. 1y
