pickThe title combined with the cover design gave me the impression that this was a book for an adolescent and not one that would interest me. How wrong I was. It was s superb historical crime fiction novel set in the 1940's towards the end of the war. While the crimes were murder, they were not blood thirsty. The characters, apart from two were likeable. The investigation was enthralling, exciting and believable resulting in an excellent story.
