Book‘s diagram. So far I love it! Everyone can benefit from it. It really helps you identify your behaviors and deal with your emotions in a healthy way. Great for individuals and relationships. Love that it has examples and exercises.

Started reading this book with my partner. We are only in the first chapter and we are loving it. It‘s a book about how the brain works in certain situations. It centers around what they call the chimp brain that takes over during a stressful situation. Helpful information if dealing with trauma, PTSD, triggers etc.
