WOW!! DO NOT MISS THIS BOOK!!
We meet three wonderful characters in 1944 London.
If you need a heartwarming, but heartbreaking read at times, this is it.
There is even a bit of a mystery along with short, pull-in chapters. 5/5
Thank you to the publisher for a copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

This was one of the very best audios I have ever listened too. It had several narrators that did a wonderful job of bringing the story to life. Making you feel the characters laughter and pain. They did such a good job of holding my interest throughout the whole story. I have to highly recommend you listen to this one....
An absolute must read...

I've long been a fan of 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢. I grew to love his writing 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 after reading 𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬, a moving & illuminating historical fiction masterpiece set in tumultuous 1968.
So I may have squealed with delight when I found 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 in my mailbox courtesy of Grand Central Publishing. Love WWII-era stories! It's next up for my in-person book club!
