pickThis is hard to rank. The art is glorious but quite violent & sexualized. The story, as it were, is as well. In brief the Kabuki are a team of female assassins working for a shadowy Japanese government group called the Noh.
Very, very Kill Bill before Kill Bill existed but you can bet Tarantino read David Mack‘s work. Apart from storyline is lettering often intense & hard to follow on blackwork.
A beloved series released on Dark Horse Comics.
