Definitely going on the to-buy list! Gorgeous book with accessible recipes for bean lovers. It‘s also another reason to order beans from Rancho Gordo.

Tamra @sarahbarnes I also see they have published a couple of other cookbooks too. Yikes! 🥹 This tagged one though is a definitely on the wish list. I think I‘ll try getting the others from the library too to see if they *must* be added to the collection. They have recipes on their website, but it‘s just not the same as a lovely book. ☺️ (edited) 3d

It was helpful in listing different types of beans and for providing ideas. Wasn‘t really blown away by the recipes though.
