⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a perfect bullseye in the Venn diagram of two of my favorite things: books and Taylor Swift‘s music! As the authors say, “Taylor‘s work is full of party favors for the literature lover.” It was so fun and enlightening to look at her lyrics through this literary lens, layering her songwriting with even deeper meaning.

ICantImReading I just wish there could be an extra Showgirl chapter now! (Although, interestingly, the authors make connections to Ophelia all the way back in Debut and again in Evermore! They also reference Elizabeth Taylor in Speak Now, Reputation, and TTPD!) ❤️‍🔥 4w
Chelsea.Poole I thought this was great! 3w

It‘s been quite eventful for Swifties these past couple of weeks. During all the hoopla I just so happened to be in reading this little deep dive into her lyrics—focusing on the literary connections in her work. This a gem for bookish fans of TS. I loved it! Now let‘s get on to Oct 3 for TS12!! ❤️‍🔥

StaceGhost I read this! It was really fun! 3mo

Had a great time at the Taylor Swift Symposium ❤️am I a Swiftie yet? Idk but “I was there/ it was rare”

My bestie on the westie and I presented on Durkheim, the Eras tour, and the TS is a witch conspiracy. It was epic indeed.

Tagged book recommended for anyone looking to have a bit of fun & find TS talking points. I‘m enjoying the conversation 🫶

DogMomIrene Your presentation sounds epic! Would have loved to hear theories on TS as a witch. 6mo
StaceGhost @DogMomIrene ❤️we had so much fun! My tagline was “it‘s not Satanic; it‘s sociology” 😅thanks for the love 🫶also I didn‘t anticipate a fun side effect of preparing for the conference: my 3 yr old singing anti hero lol she‘s right, too…she IS the problem lololol 6mo
