I'm in a Materials for Youth class this semester and I get to choose a picture book for an upcoming project. I picked this one because it's set in the town in which I grew up. I moved away almost 9 years ago and it made me feel so incredibly nostalgic for all my old favorite places. There's something so magical about a kids book tailored to your childhood home. ✨️
