I love this cookbook. It pushes me to try new ingredients and find delicious, satisfying food using the healthiest of ingredients. Tonight I made the Massaged Beet, Carrot, and Brussel Sprouts Salad with Citrus-Tahini Dressing. Holy moly it is so delicious! Crunchy, tangy, nutty... I will be using this cookbook much more! 🍽🍴
