pickI had a lot of fun reading this book except for the part where the MC does not at all sound like a 13 year old. She could have been an adult from her voice. This is marketed as MG and I don‘t see why? The MC could have easily been 16 or even older without any great change to the novel. I will never understand editorial decisions.
