Over in the Wetlands: A Hurricane-on-the-bayou Story | Caroline Starr Rose

Forgot to post my #LitsyWalkers photo from yesterday‘s walk. We went to one of the wetlands parks near us and walked the boardwalk. It was slow because I stopped to take so many pictures, but it was beautiful. We walked for a little more than an hour, although my Fitbit didn‘t give me any active minutes 😊

This is such a cute little story, from beginning to end. I have never read anything from Tomson Highway before, but I definitely would again. The Cree translations are awesome to have. Julie Flett's illustrations are as fabulous as ever.
