Love the concept, I'm obsessed with nutrition and food science & history, so this was cool in theory; I personally think it's more interesting to learn about the food industry process on shows like Unwrapped or How It's Made, because it's much easier to understand with the visual aid. Reading about it wasn't engaging enough bcz I didn't know what I was supposed to be picturing. #thatsjustmetho
