The horror inside this book…eek. The historical ghosties were super flipping trippy and were one of the best aspects of the book. But the characters in the present tense were rather undeveloped and unlikeable, that was before they descended into madness. Overall, I think I just wanted more depth from the story to balance out all the horror...but I also know…that some will eat this shit up with a fork and a spoon.

5feet.of.fury Yay for the 🐶 I always worry about the pets 13mo
AudiobookingWithLeah @5feet.of.fury the author even hashtags #thedoglives on Instagram...so I'm not giving anything away that she doesn't herself. If you read this you'll be glad to know the dog lives. I would've been stressin' otherwise. 13mo
5feet.of.fury I read one like that where the author said it about the cat in the opening, saved me alot of anxiety
