PenguinInFlight @blithebuoyant I‘d never heard of the series until we started dating, back in 2005. I forgot my book when I was spending the night at his house. I explained I always read before bed, and he said all shy “Oh, well this is my favorite series if you want to try it.” And gave me the first book to read. ❤️We‘ve read some together, out loud, during the winter when we‘re bored. He‘s read them multiple times. 6y
blithebuoyant @PenguinInFlight that‘s so sweet! My very first Litsy post was about LoD, I was introduced to it by a friend who is no longer with us. I took a break after he passed for obvious reasons but I‘m glad to be back in the saddle, so to speak. 6y
