I‘m reading through the penguin orange collection this year and this was my January pick. It was beyond beautiful, so poetic and so moving and I feel so much gratitude that the author shared so much cultural wisdom and perspective. It was dreamy and it was written with so much compassion. I really loved it and I also really don‘t think I was smart enough to take much of it in on first read!!! Had to sparknotes lots. Excited to revisit
